Simberi Mining Corporation is a Canada-based junior exploration and development company that seeks to take advantage of the growing opportunities in the mining of both base as well as precious metals. The company has a number of exploration and development projects located in geographies with mineral potential such as the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) in Africa and in Australia.

Exploration Strategy:

• To acquire only those base and precious metal properties that are located in regions known to be pro-mining, host a reasonable quantity and grade of mineral, which makes them economically viable to develop, and have significant potential with initial exploration completed.
• To target those properties or deposits that have undergone extensive exploration or have significant potential. This increases the Company's probability of success and lowers the company’s exploration and development costs.
• To conduct exploration and development activities on the properties acquired, Simberi Mining enters into joint ventures and/or grants option for acquisition of interest to other mining companies interested in conducting development activity on the company’s properties.
• To continue developing its prospects, through exploration and evaluation, in order to further improve its reserve base and extend the life of the mines.
