Mr. Novak has over 27 years of experience in the mining industry and is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Spider Resources Inc., as well as President of Billiken Management Service Inc., a geological consulting company.

Mr. Norman Brewster has resigned as a director of the Corporation in order to devote more of his efforts towards PGM Ventures and the development in the Aguas Tenidas Mine in Spain.

The Corporation also announces that it has granted to its directors and officers of the Corporation, options to acquire an aggregate 5,250,000 common shares of Simberi. The options are excisable at $0.10 for a period of 5 years from the date of grant.
