Simberi Gold Corporation: Annual Financials

Simberi Gold Corporation ("Simberi") announced today it has filed with the Canadian securities authorities its Annual Financial Statements and Management Discussion & Analysis report for the year ended December 31, 2005. These documents can be viewed at www.sedar.com.
In addition, Simberi also announced that it has called its annual meeting of shareholders to be held on June 5, 2006. The company expects to mail proxy material for the annual meeting during the week of May 8, 2005.
