Simberi Gold Corporation (the “Corporation”) – The Corporation is pleased to announce the formal appointment of Julian Fosbery as Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Fosbery’s principal occupation is as a Chartered Accountant. He is currently a partner in Fingold & Fosbery Professional Corporation. Mr. Fosbery has significant experience with publicly listed companies, serving as an officer of Talware Networx Inc., a junior industrial company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, since 2005. Mr. Fosbery also serves in the capacity of CFO of Wycliffe Resources Inc., a junior listed reporting entity that carries on mineral exploration and development activities. He is also the CFO of YSV Ventures Inc., a public junior resources company that is currently listed on the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The former CFO, Maurice Stekel, will remain on the Board of Director’s and act as the chair of the Audit Committee.
Simberi Gold Corporation is a junior resource company focused on the exploration and acquisition of developed low cost precious and base metal projects internationally.
